Therapeutic Approach

Therapy is a partnership built on trust, curiosity, and compassion. Erica uses an integrative, trauma-informed approach, blending evidence-based therapies (psychodynamic, CBT, DBT) with more holistic, experiential approaches (somatic therapy, inner child work, mindfulness). Her goal is for you to leave every session feeling heard, understood, and equipped with insight and practical tools to support your progress.

This space is collaborative and nonjudgmental. We move at the pace of your body, not just your mind—so you can gently understand where your patterns come from, and begin to relate to yourself with more compassion, choice, and agency.

Together, we move through three transformative phases:

01 · RELEASE

Release what no longer serves you. We gently unwind beliefs, stories, and protective patterns that may be keeping you stuck, small, or disconnected from yourself.

02 · RECONNECT

Reconnect with who you truly are. You’ll cultivate a kinder, more curious relationship with yourself so you can hear your own needs, boundaries, and desires more clearly.

03 · REALIGN

Realign your life through conscious, empowered action. We translate insight into everyday shifts—so your relationships, work, and choices reflect the person you’re becoming.
