A grounded, compassionate guide for your healing and growth

Blending therapy and coaching to help you feel more like yourself—clearer, calmer, and deeply connected to what matters most.

For over 15 years, I’ve been walking alongside people as both a psychologist and coach, supporting them through seasons of change, uncertainty, and transformation. My work brings together clinical training, mind–body awareness, and real-world honesty so you have a space where you can be fully yourself—without having to perform, explain, or have it all figured out.

I don’t see you as a problem to solve or someone who needs to be “fixed.” I see you as a whole, complex person with a story that deserves care, nuance, and respect. Together, we’ll slow things down, make sense of what you’re feeling, and gently uncover the patterns that are keeping you stuck—so you can move toward a life that feels more aligned, truthful, and sustainable.
